Omni Toastmasters

Toastmasters International is a non-profit organization that promotes effective communication worldwide.

The NYCOT chartered OMNI Toastmasters club embraces the mission and values of this organization. We help people to improve their communication and leadership skills, lose their fear of public speaking and learn how to be more successful in whatever path they have chosen.

Leadership cannot be learned in a day. It takes practice.  Toastmasters' members build leadership skills by organizing and conducting meetings, motivating each other and practicing in a supportive environment. The club provides a mutually supportive and positive learning environment in which every member has the opportunity to develop their communication and leadership skills.

OMNI Toastmasters Club meets every second and fourth Friday from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM.  
It is opened to the community; visitors are welcomed at each meeting.
